Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at MOTORIZED RIDERS. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

Shipping charges for COD orders or express delivery (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.

For international shipping, please contact us at rmotorized@gmail.com before placing your order.


5. Delays and Exceptions

  • Deliveries may be delayed due to weather, natural disasters, regional lockdowns, or courier issues.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
  • If a shipment is undeliverable or returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, reshipping charges may apply.

6. Damages During Shipping

If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rmotorized@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the packaging and item
  • Brief description of the issue

We will work with the shipping partner to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


7. Change of Delivery Address

Requests for address changes can only be made before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
